Our top priority is a healthy and safe environment for our guests and team members each and every day. We understand that many guests currently have valid concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19) due to overwhelming media reports. We would like to reassure our guests that we are taking every possible measure to make sure that sanitation and cleanliness protocols in our restaurants are followed scrupulously and that our guests can feel comfortable and safe while they are with us.


Be assured that we are closely monitoring advice and guidelines as updated by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Our employees are educated in preventative measures currently provided by the CDC.


While we are all modifying our habits with a new level of awareness, we would like to take this opportunity to emphasize the actions and protocols that we have in place on a daily basis:

  • We employ cleaning professionals that use hospital-grade cleaning supplies every night in our kitchen, bar, dining areas, and restrooms.

  • Tabletops are sanitized between each use with a Multi-Quat EPA registered sanitation solution.

  • Menus are re-printed nightly to ensure that guests have fresh, non-used copies at each table.

  • Our standards for receiving fresh food supplies is at the highest level. For example, boxes of produce and food supplies never touch the floor.

  • All produce received into our kitchens, including those with skins such as avocados, citrus, mangoes, are washed thoroughly.

  • Every member of our kitchen staff wears gloves, as do our front of house staff, when handling any food product to ensure that there is no contamination.

  • Restrooms in our locations are cleaned throughout the day every 15 minutes. Entrance and exit doors are sanitized, as well.

  • We are ensuring that any sick employees stay home to fully recover.

  • Chef coats are professionally laundered every night.

  • Additionally, hand sanitizer is available throughout the restaurant.
