To Our Dining Community

Our top priority is a healthy and safe environment for our guests and team members. We would like to reassure you, our treasured guest, that we are taking every possible measure to make sure that sanitation and cleanliness protocols in our restaurants are followed scrupulously and that you can feel comfortable and safe while enjoying an in house dining experience.

Be assured that we are closely monitoring advice and guidelines as updated by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). During our down time, our employees have been (and will continue to be) educated in the preventative measures currently provided by the CDC.

While we are all modifying our habits with a new level of awareness, we would like to take this opportunity to emphasize the actions and protocols that we have in place on a daily basis:

  • All team members will be wearing gloves and masks.

  • Temperatures of our team members will be taken prior to their shift to ensure no fever is present, and we are ensuring that any sick team member stays home to completely recover.

  • Temperatures will be taken of all guests who wish to join us for in house dining. Any guest with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or greater will not be permitted to dine with us, nor will any guest in their party.

  • Entrance and exit door handles will be continually sanitized.

  • Guests will be required to wear masks upon arrival to the restaurant and to and from their tables as well as to and from the restroom.

  • Red Pebbles Hospitality restaurants will have extra masks onsite available, if needed.

  • Menus are now printed for single use to ensure that guests have a fresh copy.

  • Restrooms in our locations will be continually cleaned throughout the shift.

  • POS stations will be operated with touch free stylus style pens

  • Check presenters will be used to control contact with guest credit cards and pens and check presenters will be wiped before and after use.

  • Tables will be appropriately spaced out to keep at least a 6-foot social distance

  • Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the restaurant.

  • Floor markers will be placed in areas where lines may form to promote social distancing. These include but are not limited to areas like host stands and restroom hallways.

  • We employ cleaning professionals that use hospital-grade cleaning supplies every night in our kitchen, bar, dining areas, and restrooms.

  • Tabletops are sanitized between each use with a Multi-Quat EPA registered sanitation solution.

  • Our standards for receiving fresh food supplies is at the highest level. For example, boxes of produce and food supplies never touch the floor.

  • Vendors will not be allowed inside without proper gloves and masks. We will collect a statement of quality and sanitation standards from all foodservice vendors reinforcing their safety standards.

  • All produce received into our kitchens, including those with skins such as avocados, citrus and mangoes, are washed thoroughly.

  • Chef coats are professionally laundered every night.

  • For the safety and health of our guests and employees - one of our team members will deliver your meals to your trunk.

  • Contactless pick-up.

Effective September 1, 2020

Modified Phase 2 Updates:

  • Wedding, funerals, and similar ceremonies can take place at venue spaces up to one-third capacity or 125 people, whichever is fewer. Proper social distancing required, as well as masks while standing. Larger events may submit event plans for consideration to Metro Public Health Director Dr. Michael Caldwell.

  • Transportainment vehicles can operate at 50 percent capacity up to 10 people, as long as they are part of the same party. Masks are required while patrons are standing.

  • Limited-service restaurants and bars can continue to serve 25 people indoors, and starting Tuesday they can also serve an additional 25 patrons outdoors on decks and rooftops.

  • Restaurants and bars can resume seated-only service at bar counters, as long as physical distancing is practiced. No standing at the bar counter.

Please feel free to contact us anytime with specific questions or concerns you might have and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

We appreciate and value your continued goodwill and trust, and we look forward to safely serving you as our guest soon.

Be well,
